I'm down six pounds, that three pounds a week which is a pretty decent amount.. If I keep this pace I could be at my goal weight of 180lbs by Feb 2014 I'd be turning 30. =)
You know I've always talked to myself about skinny people eating mcdonalds.. the ones that don't exercise, etc but.. so what, who cares?
I'm not skinny and even if its not fair that's life. Besides I bet those skinny girls don't eat mcdonald's three times a week..
I am happy to say that today I had candy for the first time in about two months.. and didn't eat nearly as much.
I also joined postcrossing.com, sending post cards all over the world. Keeping busy..
I also upped my sweat points quota on Just Dance 3 from 500 fresh start to the intermediate level of 1000 points a day and last night I danced for an hour! worked off 2400+ points.
I'm slowly getting better~
